Three companies of the Bensaude Group honoured by the "100 Largest Companies in the Azores" magazine
Every year, the Bensaude Group has been recognised in different business areas and has consolidated its business positioning by the magazine "100 Largest Companies in the Azores" and this year is no exception.

The major distinction of this edition was awarded to the company CFA - Centros de Fabrico dos Açores with the Best Investment Project Award.
CFA, a meat, bakery, pastry and fish processing industry owned by Bensaude Distribution, has the mission of enhancing the value of Azorean products with high quality standards, establishing a lasting and trusting relationship with customers and business partners, creating added value in the Azores, but focused on the global market without losing sight of the value of the Azorean origins.

The Best Investment Project Award recognises this business for enhancing the value of regional raw materials and was received by Carlos Filipe - Executive Director of the Bensaude Distribution

In the TOP 10 of the Best Companies in the Azores for 2022 are two more companies from the Bensaude Group. HTA - Hotéis, Turismo e Animação dos Açores, S.A and Mutualista Açoreana.
HTA, a Bensaude Tourism company that owns the Marina Atlântico hotels in São Miguel, the Terceira Mar Hotel in Terceira and the Hotel do Canal in Faial, is in 4th place and Mutualista Açoreana, a Bensaude Marítima e Logística company linked to maritime transport in the Azores, is in 6th place in the business ranking.
The awards were received by Jorge Aguiar - Executive Director of the Bensaude Tourism and Carlos Faias - Executive Director of the Bensaude Shipping and Logistics on behalf of HTA and Mutualista Açoreana, respectively.

The awards ceremony took place at the Teatro Micaelense on 6 December, as part of the launch of the magazine "100 Largest Companies in the Azores 2022", organised by Açormedia. This is already the 37th edition of the magazine, which aims to honour the biggest and best regional companies every year.
