The 3rd Edition of A Vinha Garrafeira for Professionals, an event promoted by Vinha Garrafeira, since 2022, took place on 5 and 6 February at Teatro Micaelense. Year after year, the results have exceeded the expectations of both the organisation and the participants.
The event, whose motto this year was an invitation to celebrate the best that the world of wine has to offer, was exclusively for professionals, with a special focus on the HORECA channel. The main aim of this meeting is to promote contact between professionals in the area and to publicise Portugal's most diverse wine products.
The event was attended by 32 national and regional producers over two days, involving more than 600 participants. Attendees had the opportunity to taste more than 300 wine references and also take part in themed and specialised workshops, with an agenda of 6 practical seminars, from serving and harmonising wines to single varietals from Douro. In addition to the exhibitors, tastings and workshops, this year's space offered a networking area for exchanging experiences and promoting contacts.
As in previous editions, Bensaude Distribution's brands featured once again at the RETAILOR stand. The aim of this representation was to showcase the best of the Azores to visitors, as well as to present and potential partners.
A Vinha Garrafeira sells beverages and accessories, especially wines from the various wine regions of mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as all kinds of spirits, sparkling wines, champagnes and liqueurs.
