The information provided will be processed confidentially and used exclusively for the purposes of recruitment and evaluation of a possible collaboration between the data subject and the Bensaude Group Companies. In the event that the application for the position of trainee under the START Program is successful, the data collected in this form, together with the data obtained within the START Program, will be processed for the management of human resources, to ensure compliance with legal obligations and to provide the necessary means for trainees to perform their professional activity. In addition, the processing of trainees data shall meet the objectives of the START program, namely, your participation in specific activities and projects, as well as enabling you to develop personally and professionally.
The Bensaude Group Companies may transfer your data to Processors for the aforementioned purposes.
In accordance with the applicable laws, the data subject may exercise his/her rights at any time, including the right of access, rectification, to object the processing of his/her personal data, restriction of processing, erasure and portability of the data, upon written request sent to the data controller address - Rua de Lisboa, Edifício Varela s/n, 9500 – 216 Ponta Delgada or by e-mail to [email protected].
The personal data collected during the recruitment process will be retained for a period of one (1) year after the termination of the START Program.
