The 14th edition of the Bensaude Group's Annual Internship Program, called START - BENSAUDE TRAINEE PROGRAM, began on October 2nd, integrating, in the various business units of the Group, in São Miguel Island, for an initial period of 9 months, 15 young graduates with technical and superior training in several areas.
On the morning of October 2nd, the Bensaude Group's Human Resources Department led a Welcome Session at NEAT Hotel Avenida to welcome and integrate the new trainees.
Through START - BENSAUDE TRAINEE PROGRAM, which is supported by the ESTAGIAR Program, promoted by the Regional Department of Employment and Professional Qualification, the Bensaude Group intends to identify young people with potential, who can develop specific projects during this time, as well as be part, in the future, of their recruitment portfolio.
