On January 30th, 2019, the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico was bestowed with the "Heroes of Hospitality" award by Booking.com, a reference in world hospitality.
In an initiative that included representatives from Booking.com, the Grand Hotel was awarded the highest average score of 9.5 out of 10 in the Azores.
Its team received this honor with great satisfaction for a year of great work and dedication.
