N9V celebrated its 3rd anniversary with the expansion and innovation of its range of products
On March 9, N9V, the first online shopping centre in the Azores, celebrated its third anniversary. Launched three years ago, N9V has been a landmark of innovation, comfort and convenience for island residents.
N9V is the online shopping centre that serves all the islands of the Azores, Madeira and mainland Portugal, making it an essential platform for Azoreans, but also for the market of "Saudade".

Designed to be intuitive and accessible on mobile devices and PCs, the platform guarantees an optimised and secure shopping experience. It was recently updated to further improve mobile usability, with over 60% of customers already making purchases via mobile phone.

Since its release, N9V has offered a wide range of food and non-food products. Recently, the platform has increased its range of items, covering more sectors and facilitating access to an even greater variety of products from different shops. Among the brands available on N9V are Continente, Worten, Wells, Note, MO and MIA, offering products including clothing, footwear, electronics, jewellery, home and office items and toys.

With deliveries available on all the islands of the Azores, from Santa Maria to Corvo, N9V has revolutionised access to previously inaccessible products, promoting equality between island residents and breaking down geographical barriers.

To improve its delivery service, N9V also offers Click & Collect options, with various collection points on the islands, in Continente shops, Meu Super Açores and CTT post offices. With around 10,000 registered users, N9V continues to expand its product range and increase the number of shopkeepers.

To celebrate its third anniversary, N9V has started a free shipping campaign from 7 to 16 March, exclusively for the Autonomous Region of the Azores, except for XL orders and home deliveries after 6pm.

The online shopping centre in the Azores has 6 direct employees, 4 vehicles for home deliveries and several distribution partners, including SATA, CTT, Retailor and Bentrans.

Since its inception, N9V has maintained a commitment to sustainability. Reused cardboard boxes are used to transport a variety of items and home deliveries are optimised according to a careful mapping of locations for greater environmental and economic efficiency.

The future of N9V lies in the continuous improvement of the user experience and the strengthening of the local economy with the inclusion of new shopkeepers in this marketplace. The aim is to provide an increasingly personalised, efficient and varied shopping experience.
