INSCO, a company of Bensaude Distribuição, integrated, through its Continente brand, Missão Continente - "Lights with a Presence", which took place between 20 November 2021 and 6 January 2022.
With this initiative, it was possible to raise a total of 1.2 million Euros at a national level, which will revert to 11 institutions dedicated to monitoring citizens at risk of social isolation and loneliness.
Cresaçor, a non-profit Azorean institution, was one of the 11 entities supported, having received today a donation of 35 thousand euros to support the expansion of the project to combat loneliness and social isolation through culture.
The moment was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cresaçor, Artur Martins, the Coordinator of the Itinerant Platform of Sociocultural Integration, Margarida Andrade, and the Director of Operations of Continente in the Azores, Joaquim Fernandes.
