The usual Holy Ghost soups hosted by the Bensaude Hotels will be held on June 3rd.
Imbued with what is the Azorean tradition and the core values of the Bensaude Group, this weekend is a repeat of an ever increasingly cherished moment by guests and onlookers.
To highlight what the Azores do best, the Holy Ghost soups will run between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. at the São Miguel Park Hotel, at the Hotel Marina Atlântico and Hotel Açores Atlântico in Ponta Delgada, with the entertainment of a group of revelers from Rabo de Peixe.
This exceptional tradition allows guests to "drink" a little bit of the culture of the archipelago. There will be plenty of regional wine, sweet bread, the traditional Soups of the Holy Ghost and sweet rice for dessert.
