On April 21st took place the first official event of the Blue Biotech Roadshow in the Azores. Bencom was present as one of the players in the value chain of blue biotechnology in the Region.
This roadshow was born to discuss and create alternative and sustainable solutions to major global challenges and promote the transfer of knowledge and technology, raising public, financial and political awareness about the development of the blue biotechnology sector in the Azores.
This initiative is promoted by BlueBio Alliance, with the support of the Blue Azores Programme, in partnership with the Regional Government of the Azores, through the Regional Science and Technology Fund (FRCT) and within the scope of the European Project FANBEST (Interreg Atlantic Area).
